The scheme's chairperson Mrs Ada Parnwell QSM said the scheme for horses born in 2008 and enrolled before the end of May 2010 will offer bonuses at three levels of $10,000, $30,000 and $50,000 meaning great prize money opportunities for owners on top of the race stakes.

Mrs Parnwell added there are some incentives - The TBS 2010 bonus scheme has been in progress for 2 years. Which was then called the TBS 2008 then last year it was called TBS 2009. This year TBS 2010.
Owner of Cambridge Thoroughbred Lodge, Mrs Parnwell introduced the NZISS scheme in 1997 as a way of increasing prize-money opportunities for owners in New Zealand and the scheme has offered more than $21 million worth of bonuses to owners since. She is passionate about the racing industry and believes owners are the most important component of ensuring a healthy thoroughbred business.
Only NOMINATED HORSES to these incentive schemes can win these bonuses.
Mrs Parnwell and her team will be progressive in their efforts to ensure that the TBS 2010 Scheme continues to support owners and the Thoroughbred industry in the best possible way.
